End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) for RemoteVibe Software

1. Licensor

Коваленко Иван Сергеевич, self-employed (NPD), TIN 343511812717, info@remote-vibe.ru.

2. Grant

The Licensor grants you a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use RemoteVibe client apps (desktop host, mobile and related components) downloaded from the site or app stores, while you have active access under the public offer (paid period or trial).

3. Permitted use

• install on devices within your access slots (1 PC and up to 2 phones);
• use the product as intended: work with your local project via the host.

4. Restrictions

You must not: bypass technical limits or device caps; redistribute the software outside access rules; reverse engineer to build a competing product beyond what mandatory law allows; use the service for unlawful activity; abuse trial (including via new accounts and disposable emails).

5. Suspension and blocking

If you breach this EULA or the offer, the Licensor may immediately suspend access and block the account, and revoke the licence for the block period. Technical data (IP, fingerprint, MAC when available) may be used to detect violations.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in RemoteVibe remain with the Licensor (and component owners). No exclusive rights are transferred.

7. Disclaimer

Software is provided “as is”. Error-free operation and compatibility with all environments are not guaranteed.

8. Other

Acceptance = installing/running the software or using it with active access. On payment and access matters the offer prevails if terms conflict. Governing law: Russian Federation. Privacy: /legal/privacy.
