Public Offer for RemoteVibe Access
1. General
1.1. This document is a public offer by Коваленко Иван Сергеевич, self-employed (professional income tax payer), TIN 343511812717, email info@remote-vibe.ru (the Provider), to enter into a contract on the terms below with any capable person aged 16+ (the Customer).
1.2. Acceptance means registering an account with consent to this offer and the privacy policy and/or paying for access and/or starting paid or trial use. Acceptance means full agreement with these terms.
1.3. RemoteVibe is a software suite (website, desktop host, mobile client) that lets you work with a local PC project from a phone under the Provider’s terms.
2. Subject
2.1. The Provider grants access to RemoteVibe for:
- a paid period of 30 days for 199 RUB (VAT not applicable; Provider uses NPD); or
- a 30-day trial — once per account if access was not previously granted.
2.2. Active access includes up to 1 PC and 2 phones. Software licence terms: EULA.
3. Payment and receipts
3.1. Access is paid via the самозанятые.рф service (or another method expressly shown on the site at the time of payment).
3.2. After payment, the Provider issues a self-employed receipt via “My Tax” (“Мой налог”) (including via самозанятые.рф) and sends it to the Customer’s email.
3.3. Paying for access confirms acceptance of this offer.
4. Rights and duties
4.1. The Customer must provide accurate data, must not share access in breach of the rules, must not bypass device limits, and must not create accounts to re-obtain trial or otherwise abuse the service (including via disposable emails).
4.2. The Provider may process technical data (IP on device bind and licence checks; MAC if submitted by the client) for security and abuse prevention — see the Privacy Policy.
4.3. The Provider may at any time, if the offer, EULA or service rules are breached: suspend access (including paid period and trial), block the account, and refuse further service. Decisions may rely on technical data. Fees for the period already provided before a block are generally non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Refunds
5.1. Before using paid access, contact info@remote-vibe.ru for a refund request.
5.2. After digital access is activated, refunds follow Russian consumer law or mutual agreement.
6. Liability
6.1. The service is provided “as is”. Continuity and compatibility with all setups are not guaranteed.
6.2. The Provider is not liable for AI-agent actions on the Customer’s devices or for the Customer’s local projects.
7. Personal data
Processed under the Privacy Policy.
8. Final terms
8.1. Governing law: Russian Federation. Claims: Provider’s email; review within 30 days.
