Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Operator

The RemoteVibe service (website and related client apps) is provided by the Operator.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

  • identity and contact data: email, display name, date of birth (to verify age 16+);
  • authentication and session data (including session and CSRF cookies);
  • content of feedback and notes you voluntarily submit;
  • access and device data (device type, hashed technical fingerprint, access periods);
  • payment metadata when you buy access (payment IDs, status; card details are handled by the самозанятые.рф payment service, not stored by the Operator);
  • network technical data: IP address on device binding and license checks; MAC address or its hash — only if the client app obtained and submitted it (often unavailable on mobile OS and in browsers);
  • preference cookies for language and theme.

3. Purposes

  • account registration and management, providing RemoteVibe access;
  • performing the contract (public offer), support, answering requests;
  • security and abuse prevention (including repeated trial use via disposable emails), detecting offer violations;
  • complying with Russian law (including self-employed receipts upon payment);
  • service improvement in anonymized/aggregated form where applicable.

4. Legal bases

Processing is based on your consent (including at registration), necessity to perform the contract (offer), and the Operator’s legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention, within the limits of applicable law.

5. Retention

  • account data — while the account is active and for as long as needed after deletion/block to meet obligations and protect rights;
  • feedback — up to 3 years from receipt unless law requires otherwise;
  • device bind and license-check logs (including IP and MAC/hash when present) — up to 3 years;
  • cookies — according to their lifetime and the cookies policy.

6. Sharing

Data may be shared with hosting, email, and the самозанятые.рф payment service, and with authorities when legally required. Cross-border transfers occur only as needed to provide the service and in line with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

7. Your rights

You may request information, correction, blocking or deletion (within the law), withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor. Contact: info@remote-vibe.ru. Account deletion requests may be emailed from your account address; response within 30 days.

9. Suspension and security

If you violate the offer or service rules, the Operator may suspend access and block the account. Security measures include access controls, HTTPS, and hashing of sensitive device identifiers.
